  • How Fast is Shipping?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

    Please keep in mind that weekends & U.S holidays are not considered business day.

    You may experience an order delay during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. If there is delay in shipping for your order, we will contact you via email.

  • Returns & Refunds?

    All items bought on sale are final & not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. international orders are not eligible for return.

    Online returns must be authorized prior to shipment by contacting us at customerservice@loakinis.com. Returns must be properly packed in original packaging including tags & sent at the customers expense.

    Once your return is received we will credit the original form of payment. Please note banking intuitions may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

    We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost items while your package is being returned.

  • Care Instructions?

    We recommend washing your kini in cold water on a delicate cycle. Avoid using a dryer and instead allow your kini to air dry.
